The meetings of the Bedford School Committee are conducted at the Bedford High School/Large Group Instruction Room(H207), 9 Mudge Way in Bedford.
Regular meetings are customarily held at 7:30 P.M. on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month. Public notice of these and any special meeting is made through posting on the bulletin board at the Office of the Town Clerk, the Bedford Public Library and the Town Center. The public is welcome and invited to attend all regular and public School Committee meetings.
The agenda for each regular School Committee meeting is compiled cooperatively by the Superintendent and the School Committee Chairman and distributed to School Committee members by Friday of the week preceding the meeting.

Accommodating the Public at School Committee Meetings
A list of items for each regular school committee meeting is available to all citizens who attend such meetings. Citizens are given an opportunity to speak at public meetings of the committee on school related concerns. Persons desiring to speak should submit such a request to the Office of the Superintendent so that time may be allocated on the agenda. Participants are encouraged to submit a written resume of their comments in advance so that committee members review and study concerns.
